Low carb and Keto Gravy can be a trick because of the high carbs in traditional thickening agents. I'm not a huge fan of xanthan gum for thickening gravy. I've found that if you follow the recipes closely with that specific ingredient you can get some amazing results.

I know, I know. All of the other "Keto" bloggers and Dr. whoever says oranges "aren't Keto". NOT TRUE. While this marmalade is higher in carbs than the rest of the jam recipes, it can easily fit into plenty of peoples macros for the day.
