🥘Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise – 8 tbsp
  • 1 Pickle Spear about – 2.5 tablespoons if you are using dill relish.

Make sure to read the label. This is one of those places that some companies add in sugar. It’s especially prevalent in those (admittedly delicious) sweet and spice brands like Famous Dave’s.

  • 1 tbsp mustard – I like course ground but use whatever you like

Vinegar gives this sauce it’s twang. You can use any vinegar you like if you don’t have red wine vinegar on hand.

  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

I feel like this ingredient should always just come with a “to taste” option.

  • 2-3 tbsp Allulose *to taste (granulated)

Make sure to taste your finished sauce before you serve it. Some people like more sweetener than others.

Sweetener is a MUST in this sauce.

  • 5 grams Onion *optional to taste- about ⅛ cup but it’s hard to measure like this.
  • A dash of Tabasco – *OPTIONAL (if you like spice)

👩🏾‍🍳How to make the Burger Sauce:

1.) Put all of the ingredients in your blender and blitz until smooth.

Store in the fridge until the rest of the meal is ready.

2.) Serve or chill for 4-5 days in airtight container.
