This Low Carb Bleu Cheese Dressing Recipe is so easy to make and so much tastier than the store bought version.

Once you see how delicious, quick and inexpensive it is to make, you’ll be hooked too.

This is a quick and simple recipe, so this will be short and sweet!

🥘 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Use full fat mayo for the very best results.

  • 6 oz Blue cheese crumbled

I have a confession…I don’t like bleu cheese. But, I love bleu cheese dressing on my Buffalo Wings and on pizza.

Using a good quality bleu cheese is important but don’t break the bank on this item since you’ll be mixing it in with so many other ingredients.

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Full fat
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

I listed lemon juice as the ingredient here but I prefer citric acid.

Not everyone keeps this ingredient on hand, but it’s been gaining momentum among professional chefs for good reason.

Sometimes you need a sour note and people tend to use lemon for this, but citric acid provides what this recipe needs without the lemon flavor.

If you happen to have some use a quarter teaspoon in place of the lemon juice. I could go on and on about why I love this stuff.

But, I don’t have room in this post so check out Kidspot.com to see the amazing ways that it can be used.

This is my go to brand lately.

Heavy cream can be used but goes “off” faster. It does make the dressing nice and creamy but you might need to use it faster.

👩🏽‍🍳 How to make the Low Carb Dressing Recipe:

  • Put all ingredients together in a blender and pulse for 15-30 seconds depending on how smooth you like your dressing.

If you like it super chunky, put in a mason jar and shake.

Smash a few of the curds up against the side of the jar to really infuse the flavor if you choose this method.

  • Serve.

Keep refrigerated for 5-7 days. If you will not be able to use it all, cut the recipe in half.

🧾Tips & FAQ’s:

Can this dip be frozen?
