I can’t think of a simpler recipe than this Spicy Sriracha Mayonnaise Recipe. Well, maybe boiled water is simpler.

I almost feel bad calling it a “recipe”. But the other day at the grocery store I saw a woman hoarding the pre-made version of this spicy sauce and I couldn’t believe how much they cost!

It’s an excellent sandwich spread, dip for veggies, fried chicken, sushi and more.

This recipe is going to be short and sweet…

🥘 Spicy Sriracha Mayonnaise Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

You can use any kind you like. But, if you use homemade mayo please practice the safety guidelines on how long to keep it hanging around your fridge.

  • 1/4 Cup Sriracha Sauce

There are a lot of Sriracha sauces but I love the one with the Rooster on it.

If you like the store bought Spicy Mayo then you are going to want to use this ingredient.

It makes it taste great.

  • Mix the ingredients and optional add ins if using.
  • Store this in the fridge for up to 10 days.

One of the greatest things about making your own sauce is the ability to spice it up that way you like it.

🍲 Storage:

Store this sauce in the fridge in an airtight container for ten days minimum.

If you are using store bought mayo it should last as long as the mayo does on it’s own unless you add something that has a shorter expiration date.

Also, homemade mayo doesn’t last nearly as long but I am guessing that not many people make their own and if they do…they don’t really need this recipe.

This is almost too easy to make. This spicy mayo was flying off of the shelves at my local supermarket and I was amazed at how much it cost. If you make your own you can customize it to your liking AND save money at the same time. It's a great dip for chicken and gives a kick to low carb sandwiches and wraps.
