Hey There!
I have been getting a lot of feedback lately about how hard it is to quit bread and crunchy snacks when first starting out on Keto. In fact, it’s usually the reason that people end up “cheating” on Keto or quitting all together.
I know. I understand.
Soooo…I have put together this collection of 29 Superb Keto Bread & Crackers recipes. Now you can stop searching around and get busy baking.
You’re going to notice me talking all of these recipes up in just a second but it’s not to sell anyone on anything. I abhor sounding like a used car saleswoman. They’re good or they wouldn’t have made the cut.
It’s my goal with this website to try to make the Keto Diet sustainable for everyone.
Busy parents, professionals, retired parachute jumpers and everyone in between need easy recipes that fit into their lifestyle. And, that includes bread to fill the void that leaving carbs behind often does.
Most Keto bread recipes are easy by nature. They are considered “quick breads” since you don’t have to wait for them to rise. All but one of following recipes omits the use of yeast and I am going to talk about that one first.
Lets get started on the Keto Bread Recipes:
1. Keto Almond Yeast Bread:
This is the low carb yeast bread that I was just telling you about. This bread is FANTASTIC!
FULL DISCLOSURE: READ THIS PART!
Like any bread that has to rise, it can be tricky. I would say that everyone should try it.
BUT, if you are new to baking bread or someone that just cant stand NOT getting it right the very first time you should get into your Keto Bread groove before making this one. It may take more than one loaf to get it “perfect”.
I don’t want to discourage anyone from trying because it’s so good. We have made this maybe 25-30 times and it became a staple in the early days of our Keto Lifestyle.
If you are a new baker or a new “Keto” baker than you should definitely take a look at the comments and read the whole darn post to avoid some of the pitfalls others have encountered.
Read the whole darn post…(just making sure you saw that part because most people skim.)

8. Keto Coconut Bread

Plus it only takes about ten minutes to whip up the batter.
9. LCHF Keto Almond Flour Bread
This bread makes fantastic toast and will keep you on point with your macros. It’s super easy, satisfying and comes out great every darn time.
10. Oat Fiber Psyllium Husk Bread
Oat fiber and psyllium husk are the stars of this recipe. These ingredients make for a chewy, dense bread that is reminiscent of whole wheat bread. It’s dark and is insanely tasty when it’s toasted and topped with melty butter.
11. Low Carb Flat Bread (Egg Free)
We have used this bread for tacos and as a naan replacement. It’s chewy and is very close to the real naan when topped with melted ghee. It doesn’t contain any eggs and any beginning cook can pull this one off to look like the genius that you are.
12. Low Carb Corn Bread
Low carb chili and cornbread scream Fall ( or as we call it Bronco season). If you are looking for warm comfort food than look no further.

15. Best Keto Burger Buns Ever!
OK people…. our two minute burger bun gets a lot of attention. It’s a good recipe and it’s super easy. But when I tell you that this is my favorite burger bun recipe, I really mean it.
It doesn’t get nearly the love that it’s older sibling ( the two minute burger bun) gets but it should.
Psst: I know that as the co-author/creator of both posts I am not supposed to have favorites but I do. I think this recipe is wayyyyy better.
16. Keto English Muffin Sandwich
The buttery goodness of this “McMuffin” sammie will make you forget about your early morning drive through days. Make just the muffin and toast it or top it with egg and sausage.
Or you could just make the fantastic English Muffin! It’s buttery, flaky and delicious when toasted!
17. Easy Keto Dinner Rolls
Garlic dinner rolls are a perfect accompaniment to dishes like beef bourguignon and Chicken Alfredo dishes. It makes them feel special and completed with a side salad you’ll be the best chef in town.
I think Keto Pizza Crust belongs in this post too:
Because its technically bread. Right?
18. Keto 2 Minute Pizza
I laughed when Thom told me he was going to make a Keto Microwave pizza. But I stopped laughing when he came back ten minutes later to ask of I wanted a slice.
This is a super quick and easy deal that tastes like microwave pizza. I loved the nostalgia and I love the convenience.
19. Easy Keto Pizza Crust ( Nut Free & Gluten Free)
This pizza crust is my go-to when I am making a quick dinner that doesn’t involve a lot of fluff. Keto bloggers are somewhat picky about the dishes they make over and over because it doesn’t happen often.
We test and create recipes on the regular ( along with eating the successes and failures)…
There just isn’t a lot of time or enough calories in a day for making the same dish more times than we need to “get it right” so that we can share it.
Our list of recipes that we eat more than once or twice a year is short. This one made the list.
20. Low Carb – 5 Ingredient Pizza Crust
This pizza crust doesn’t contain any coconut and will fill you up. It’s like the original “fat head” type of dough.
Keto Bread for Breakfast:
I love breakfast food! I don’t usually eat it in the morning but I have always been a pancakes & bacon for dinner type of Mom.
Most of these are pretty easy and keep well in case you actually want to eat them for breakfast but don’t have time to make food and still manage to make it to work on time.
21. Fantastic Oat Fiber Waffles
Yum! Oat fiber isn’t super common in the U.S. but its a great Keto ingredient that doesn’t lend a lot of extra carbs. But what it does add is FLAVOR and texture.
You may not be able to find oat fiber in your local grocery store but you can find it here.
22. Fluffy Keto Pancakes
These are those pancakes for dinner that I was referring to. You can eat these with sugar free syrup too. It’s great to be Keto right now because there are so many options.
I recommend this kind of syrup because it doesn’t have any of the nasty “fake sugar” chemicals that are all over your grocery store shelf. You can read all about low carb sweeteners and decide for yourself.
Or you could just top these babies with butter and some blackberries…..
23. Keto Biscuits & Gravy
I am a biscuits and gravy kinda person. I have loved them since I was little and had discovered them one chilly Saturday morning in a Saloon type of diner on a dirt road in the middle of the desert.
They became an important part of my Saturday morning ritual as a kid.
I don’t eat them nearly as much as I used to but if you are a biscuits and gravy person, you know that once you get the craving it wont stop bothering you until you eat some. Your welcome.
24. Keto French Toast Muffins
Ok, I thought these were going to be weird. There is maple extract in the recipe and I thought it was going to taste like a maple cupcake.
Nope, these are fantastic and taste like the french toast I ate all the time when I was a kid. You don’t really need any syrup on these unless you really want some extra sweet flavor.
They are great on their own with just melted butter and they keep in the fridge pretty well…this is what I have heard. We snarf them up pretty fast (even the Non-Keto teen).
Keto Crackers:
25. Low Carb Crispy Avocado Snacks
Ok, so this one is not really bread based but it is a crispy snack so I included it. Thom loves these but I prefer a more cracker-y type snack like the chia seed crackers. Take a look…
26. Everything Bagel Cheese Crackers
YUM! These are awesome and the recipe for “everything but the bagel” spice recipe is included to help save some moola. You’ll want these again. They are fantastic. Just make sure to pay careful attention to the directions. My genius husband figured out a way to make Keto snacks crispy. Yay!
27. Everything Bagel Almond Crackers ( for our Dairy Free Friends)
These babies were developed because we loved the Everything Bagel cheese based crackers but didn’t want to leave out our dairy free friends.
These are every bit as delicious as the original version without the cheese.
I’m gonna say it again in case you skimmed over the last recipe description that you should pay special attention to the tips in the post because Thom figured out a way to make these crackers really crispy…that is not really commonplace in Keto snacks and is one of the biggest complaints that I hear from people struggling with the Keto Diet is that they miss crispy snacks.
28. Chia Seed Crackers
These are crunchy goodness and look so gorgeous that I can’t stand it. I have to say that I didn’t think I would like these. But let me tell you that if you make these you should make a double batch.
Your family will eat them too and you’ll be mad that you didn’t make more and keep them to yourself.
Is Pie Crust a Keto Bread? Sort of….a life without pie is too sad.
29. Keto Almond Flour Pie Crust
So maybe Pie Crust isn’t exactly bread but I feel like it belongs in the same category.
With the holidays coming up you should keep this one in your Keto recipe arsenal. It’s excellent with pumpkin pie and is easier than making a traditional pie crust.
