This Keto Whipped Mustard Cream Sauce is easy to make but don’t let that fool you. It packs a punch in flavor and makes a rock-star presentation out of even the simplest side.

This is a really easy recipe so I’ll keep it short and sweet.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Whipping Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp allulose
- ½ tsp Tarragon * optional-dried
Instructions
- Blitz all ingredients in a small blender cup until fluffy. Scrape down sides if needed.
This little blender is the BEST and it’s affordable too. I’ve had mine for years and the greatest part about it? DISHWASHER SAFE.
- Serve with fish, lamb chops, burgers or on top of whatever could use some sweet mustard cream.

Can I make this sauce ahead of time?
Yes. But it really only keeps int he fridge for a day or two. It’s best fresh.
