Keto Stuffed Jalapeno Popper Burgers

🥘Ingredients:

  • 12 oz ground beef *divided into 4 thin patties

Filling

  • 2 oz cream cheese *softened
  • ½ cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 1 jalapeno *minced
  • 2 slices bacon *cooked and chopped fine

👩🏿‍🍳How to make the Stuffed Burger:

  • Heat up grill or cast iron pan.

  • Combine all filling ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Top two of the patties with half of the filling each.
  • Place the remaining two patties on top like a sandwich and pinch together. Generously season each side with salt pepper.
  • Grill or cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
