These Jalapeno Popper Burgers just upped the ante with their low carb/ Keto friendly deliciousness. This Keto recipe with ground beef is going to change the way you look at burger night for good.
🥘Ingredients:
- 12 oz ground beef *divided into 4 thin patties
Filling
- 2 oz cream cheese *softened
- ½ cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
- 1 jalapeno *minced
- 2 slices bacon *cooked and chopped fine
👩🏿🍳How to make the Stuffed Burger:
- Heat up grill or cast iron pan.

- Combine all filling ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Top two of the patties with half of the filling each.
- Place the remaining two patties on top like a sandwich and pinch together. Generously season each side with salt pepper.
- Grill or cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
