Low Carb Lavender Grapefruit Mimosa

The sweet and tangy Low Carb Lavender Grapefruit Mimosa is the perfect pink drink this season. It’s cool, refreshing and not too boozy for a classy ladies luncheon or brunch.

🍹Ingredients:
Lavender Grapefruit Mimosa
- 1 ounce lavender syrup Lavender syrup recipe below
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice no sugar added – fresh is best if possible.
- 4 ounces prosecco dry or brut – cold
Simple Lavender Syrup Recipe
- 2-3 tbsp Dried Culinary Lavender *or 8 sprigs fresh lavender
- 1 cup Allulose granulated
- 1 cup water

Make the Lavender Syrup
- Combine the Allulose, water and lavender in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes, Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Optional: strain out lavender before storing in a glass jar in the fridge. If you want a deep purple color, add one drop red and one drop blue food coloring. Allow the syrup to cool before using.
Make the Grapefruit Mimosa
- In a champagne glass, add the lavender syrup and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. Stir to combine. Pour four oz of Prosecco over the top and stir.
- Add a sprig of lavender or Grapefruit wedge or twist to the top of the drink and serve.
