Served Low Carb Lavender Lemonade

🥘Ingredients

Lavender Syrup

  • 2 cups water
  • ¾ cup Allulose *to taste
  • 3 Tbsp lavender petals dried

Lemonade

  • 2 cups lemon juice Freshly Squeezed – not bottled
  • 4 cups water

Garnish

  • 1 lemon * optional sliced

👨🏿‍🍳How to make the Lavender Lemonade:

  • To make the simple lavender syrup, combine two cups of water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium / high heat. Bring to a boil and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in dried lavender.

You can put the leaves in a reusable mesh tea bag if you have those.

I just pour it though a strainer but I think these would be super convenient if you make your own tea very often.

  • Cover for about 15 minutes, allowing mixture to steep. Strain lavender through a mesh strainer, making sure to press and release all juices and syrup. Discard lavender petals.
  • In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, lavender mix and water. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve over ice.If you would like your lemonade to be a lavender color, use one drop red and one drop blue food coloring.
