🍹Keto Mojito Ingredients:

  • 8 mint leaves fresh
  • 1-2 teaspoon allulose granulated
  • 2 tbsp lime juice or lime wedges from about a third of a lime
  • 1½ oz 80-proof white rum
  • Club soda – sugar free of course if you are using flavored club soda
  • Garnish: fresh mint sprig

👨🏿‍🍳How to make a Keto Mojito:

  • Put mint, a splash of club soda, and the allulose into the bottom of a highball glass or tall glass (if you like lots of ice and club soda). Mash the ingredients together. If you have a muddler use that, otherwise the handle of a wooden spoon or spatula will work just fine.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lime into the glass. Add the rum. Stir well.
  • Fill the glass about ¾ of the way full with ice. Top off with club soda. Stir and enjoy. If serving in a tall glass, adding a cocktail straw is a nice touch.
