2tbsplime juiceor lime wedges from about a third of a lime
1½oz 80-proof white rum
Club soda
Garnish: fresh mint sprig
Instructions
Put mint, a splash of club soda, and the allulose into the bottom of a highball glass or tall glass (if you like lots of ice and club soda). Mash the ingredients together. If you have a muddler use that, otherwise the handle of a wooden spoon or spatula will work just fine.
Squeeze the juice of the lime into the glass. Add the rum. Stir well.
Fill the glass about 3/4 of the way full with ice. Top off with club soda. Stir and enjoy. If serving in a tall glass, adding a cocktail straw is a nice touch.
