Combine all filling ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Top two of the patties with half of the filling each. Place the remaining two patties on top like a sandwich and pinch together. Generously season each side with salt pepper. Reshape if needed.
Grill or cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
