Can you believe that it’s already time for Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte’s?

This version of Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte is bulletproof to keep you going until lunch.

I like them whenever it’s chilly and since it snows 8 months out of the year where I live, I’m good to go on the Pumpkin Spice front anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (4 tbsp)

The heavy whipping cream really fluffs up the Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte. But, if you want to go vegan just switch it out for coconut cream.

  • 3/4 cup Almond milk (12 Tbsp) Unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup espresso (4 tbsp) *hot- strong brewed coffee works too

Instant espresso is also an option if you like the ease of instant coffee.

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (1/2 oz) softened

Yes, you can switch this ingredient out for coconut oil if you want to keep the fat high and your belly full until lunch.

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

You can buy pumpkin spice or you can make it yourself.

This is a money saving move if you’ll be making cookies and pies this Fall. The recipe is right here.

  • 1 Tablespoon Pureed Pumpkin

This is the ingredient that makes this drink taste like pumpkin pie in a cup. Make sure you use the kind that only includes pumpkin.

This Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte is still good without the pumpkin if you don’t have any – and it will reduce the net carbs by one.

But Pumpkin has an array of impressive benefits. It always makes me sad when people just carve them up for Halloween and then just toss them in the bin.

I am the mean mom that just lets my kid draw on them with sharpie, and then we cook it up for soup, pie, bread and cookies.

If you want to see what your missing when you toss that jack-o-lantern check out this post about the amazing benefits of pumpkin.

  • 1-2 tbsp Allulose or sweetener of choice

Some people like their coffee sweetened and some don’t but sweetener really brings out the pumpkin flavor.

I really recommend Allulose for low carb sweeteners because there is ZERO fake sugar aftertaste.

Optional Toppings

Real homemade whipped cream is so easy to make. Once you try it you’ll never look at the chemical laden, canned stuff the same way.

Instructions

  • Warm the milk and cream until it’s hot – not boiling. I use the stove for this but the microwave works too.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz for 20–30 seconds until a foam has formed.
  • Pour into a mug and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Serve immediately!
  • Try with a dollop of whipped heavy cream on top.

Tips& FAQ’s:

  • This drink is best freshly whipped up. It loses its “fluff” if you let it sit too long.
  • Make it vegan by skipping the cream and butter and opting for Coconut Cream and Coconut Oil.
  • Serve this drink with low carb almond cookies for a total afternoon pick me up.

That’s it for the Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte!
