Low Carb Whipped Cream
Instructions
Warm the milk and cream until it's hot - not boiling. I use the stove for this but the microwave works too.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz for 20–30 seconds until a foam has formed.
Pour into a mug and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Serve immediately!
Try with a dollop of whipped heavy cream on top.
