For years I thought that I could only get wings this good in a pub…wrong. Dead wrong.

There are tons of ways to use this sauce but my favorite way is right here….YUM!

🥘 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup hot sauce Franks is the best for this sauce and it contains 0 net carbs.

Franks hot sauce is the gold standard when it comes to making amazing Buffalo Sauce.

  • ½ teaspoon paprika Smoked is great for this recipe.
  • ½ cup butter Use coconut oil for a vegan option

Butter is the original ingredient for Buffalo Sauce but you can use coconut oil, or any oil you want for that matter to keep your sauce vegan.

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 tsp if you are using fresh garlic

Powdered garlic is best in this sauce because it keeps the smooth constancy.

  • salt and pepper to taste

The amounts of these ingredients is really something only you can decide.

Taste everything you make before you serve it…I am convinced this is the only path to being a great home chef.

  • Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer for a minute or two.

Let cool for 15-20 before using to let the flavors meld (best results).

  • Serve or chill in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks.

If your sauce came out too spicy don’t worry! And..DON’T TOSS IT!

If you find yourself in this predicament…add a little low carb sweetener (to taste). Start with a teaspoon or two.

This is an old trick I learned living in Branson, Missouri. The locals there love Texas Chili but most of them are not huge fans of heat…they are more into deep flavors.

The sweetness will balance out your sauce unless you really dumped in the cayenne.

We prefer allulose because it tastes like real sugar (it is a rare sugar).
