  • ½ cup butter Use coconut oil for a vegan option

Butter is the original ingredient for Buffalo Sauce but you can use coconut oil, or any oil you want for that matter to keep your sauce vegan.

Powdered garlic is best in this sauce because it keeps the smooth constancy.

My Buffalo Sauce is too spicy! Help!

If your sauce came out too spicy don't worry! And..DON'T TOSS IT!

If you find yourself in this predicament...add a little low carb sweetener (to taste). Start with a teaspoon or two.

This is an old trick I learned living in Branson, Missouri. The locals there love Texas Chili but most of them are not huge fans of heat...they are more into deep flavors.

The sweetness will balance out your sauce unless you really dumped in the cayenne.

We prefer allulose because it tastes like real sugar (it is a rare sugar).

If you fall into the "nothing is spicy enough" group..you can check out this entertaining article as to why.
