Tangy, sharp, fresh Bleu Cheese Dressing takes five minutes to make and makes a perfect dip for veggies and hot wings. It's great on salad and makes an awesome pizza topping too!
Put all ingredients together in a blender and pulse for 15-30 seconds depending on how smooth you like your dressing. If you like it super chunky, put in a mason jar and shake.
Serve. Keep refrigerated for 5-7 days. If you will not be able to use it all, cut the recipe in half.
