- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Whipped Tahini Dijon Cream
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 6 oz Heavy Whipping Cream (3/4 cup)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Allulose – or preferred low carb sweetener
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
Garnish
- Toasted Sesame seeds for serving

- Add washed and trimmed green beans to a salted pot of boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, until vibrant green and fork tender. Strain immediately and sprinkle lemon juice over the top to keep them bright green. Set aside.
- Prepare the Dijon Tahini Cream sauce by adding all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whipping with a hand or stand mixer until you have stiff fluffy peaks.
- To serve, add warm green beans to a casserole dish or platter and serve creamy Tahini Dijon Cream on the side with sesame seeds.
