The Low Carb Golden Smoothie embodies the flavors of India with the health benefits of turmeric that has made this creamy drink famous.
It’s not just healthy, it’s also delicious and this is a great way to get more of turmerics anti-inflammatory goodness into your body.
🥘Ingredients:
- ¼ cup coconut cream *canned – or 4 oz unsweetened almond milk if you don’t do coconut.
It may not be as creamy and you can always use heavy cream too.
- 8 grams ginger Small 2 inch piece
- 1 tbsp Allulose *to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric ground
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 5-6 ice cubes *to taste
Optional
This ingredient isn’t a must but it’ll make you feel gooood.

- Put everything in the blender and blitz until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Serve immediately.

Nope. It’s best fresh and will taste “off” if you leave it in the fridge.
This recipe only makes on cup at a time so finishing it shouldn’t be an issue.
