  1. Hi Sherry! Congratulations on taking charge. I understand the struggle.Sometimes the “blanket” approach doesn’t work for everyone. For instance, I started gaining on Keto and as soon as I cut dairy, the weight fell back off- it was causing inflammation. I hesitate to tell people to try the total carb approach because then you may not get enough fiber. And, fiber is a huge part of keeping your gut biome happy and healthy. Since you are struggling, try cutting out the processed food like Keto treats, tortillas and store bought breads to see if that helps first. This will naturally cut out a lot of carbs but also seems to help people. Also, you could try cutting down or cutting out super calorie rich foods like nut butters and dairy to see if maybe your calorie intake is the culprit. Our calorie needs change with time and activities. Lastly, if the scale still won’t budge try a longer intermittent fasting window combined with one or more of the above approaches and see if that does the trick. Most of all, keep going! Cheers, B

  2. I am struggling to lose this time around on keto. I’m 61 maybe some of it. I’m counting net carbs should I do total carbs?
