Keto Cosmopolitan Recipe

This Keto Cosmopolitan makes one gorgeous drink. It’s sophisticated and delicious whether you add the vodka or drink it “virgin”.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka *to taste of course
  • Cranberry juice *unsweetened if you can find it. I couldn’t so the 1 carb is partly coming from the cranberry juice.
  • Water
  • Lime juice – fresh preferred
  • Orange extract
  • allulose granulated
  • 1 Lime wedge or lime peel for garnish
  • Ice

How to make the Cosmo:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-full of ice. Shake well.
  • Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a small lime wedge or curl of lime peel.

Equipment:

You’ll need a good cocktail shaker. This is a really nice set and it won’t break the bank.

What foods do you serve with the Cosmopolitan?
