Keto Blackberry Cobbler can be served in individual ramekins for a super classy presentation, or you can bake it all together.
Either way, the simple, wholesome ingredients combine like they were made for each other.

The berries create a fruity treat bursting with Summer flavors.
Keto Blackberry Cobbler Ingredients:
- 10 oz. blackberries fresh or frozen
I can never have enough fresh blackberries on hand so I usually use frozen berries for this recipe.
I’m too stingy to part with the fresh variety. But, either will work out just as well as the other.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Lemons are pretty plentiful lately but I always keep a bit of citric acid on hand to use when I don’t have fresh lemons. They aren’t as plentiful in the High Rocky Mountains as you would guess lol.
I just sprinkle it on because it’s VERY powerful.
Just make sure that you buy food grade citric acid if you are going to try it. I like this one.
And, it’s not just a great lemon juice substitute...look at all of the things you can make with it ( Disclaimer: please don’t use the mouth rinse recommendation, it makes my teeth hurt just thinking about it.)!
In any case, this stuff is amazing.
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp butter 3 oz
- arrowroot powder
*This ingredient is optional to thicken the berry juice while it cooks. You could also use xanthan gum iof you have that on hand. A little goes a long way.
- cinnamon for dusting
Dust the top for a beautiful presentation.
Keto Blackberry Cobbler Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Divide fresh or thawed blackberries in 4 heat-resistant ramekins. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Sprinkle with a tiny bit arrowroot powder if you want the “juice” to thicken.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the butter, into a crumbly dough.
- Spread dough over berries and top with sliced butter.
- Bake ramekins for 15 minutes or until they turn a golden color.
- Serve lukewarm—with a dollop of low carb whipped cream if desired.
Homemade whipped cream is better than any store bought, carb and chemical laden version of this easy treat. If you have never made whipped cream you are in for a huge treat.
You can find the super easy recipe and all of the flavor combinations here.
- Enjoy!
That’s really the most important part.
If you don’t have blackberries or just want to mix it up, add some other low carb berry combinations.
Variety is the spice of life (even though I like blackberries best).
That’s all for the Keto Blackberry Cobbler!
It’s a really simple recipe that tastes more complex than it is. (That’s what makes it really great dessert!).

Hi Brenda! You can add peaches instead of berries but of course the macros will be different. Cheers!
Will this work with frozen peaches? (Instead of the berries)
