The Keto Classic Daiquiri recipe has all of the taste and only one net carb. You can’t do better than that when it comes to mixed drinks. This is the perfect cocktail for parties or for an afternoon by the pool.

🍹Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Rum either light or dark
  • 1 teaspoon Allulose or to taste
  • One ounce Lime Juice 1-2 Limes Squeezed
  • 1 cup Ice

  • Put all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake.
  • Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime slice or one of those little umbrellas and serve.

Notes

Some daiquiris call for a tablespoon of “simple syrup”  instead of the teaspoon of swerve.  If you would like to make your own zero carb simple syrup it is easy.  Put 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of swerve in a sauce pan.  Heat over medium heat.  Stir slowly until swerve is completely dissolved.
