Zesty, crunchy air-fried low carb zucchini fries are a crowd-pleaser that your family will ask for over and over. Easy, healthy and delicious starters before your low carb dinner or as a snack.
½cupParmesan cheese grated cheap stuff in the green can works well
salt and pepperpinch of each

Instructions
Cut the zucchini in half crosswise and into sticks (aka fries) about 1/2 inch thick and 3-4 inches long.
In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, grated parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix to combine. In a separate bowl beat the egg. Now you have a dipping station.
Dip zucchini in egg and then press into the flour mixture. Place on the air fryer rack or parchment covered baking sheet. You can repeat if you have any fries that need a little extra love at the end.
Working in batches if needed, place the zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer. Spritz each piece with oil.Air Fry for 10-12 minutes at 390F, or until brown and crispy.To make in the oven: Preheat to 425F, spritz the zucc's with a little oil and bake until golden brown.
