The easy low carb sausage meatzza is standard Keto fare for beginners and seasoned pros alike. It's filling, simple to make and so delicious that you'll thank your lucky stars that you found this WOE. Plus, it can be on the table in about 30 minutes.
Add sausage, eggs and any seasonings that you like to a medium sized mixing bowl and combine.
Place ground sausage mixture into a 10 or 12 inch cast iron skillet. Pat the meat flat into the form of a pizza crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is brown and pulling away from the sizes of the pan.
Remove the crust from the skillet and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Add your desired sauce, cheese and toppings.
Put back into the hot oven and bake for 5-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to cool a bit before cutting and serving.
