*Frozen (easiest) - or fresh and chopped; about 16 cups

Heavy cream

Cream cheese
cut into small pieces

Instructions
Heat butter in a saute pan or wok over medium.
Add spinach and saute for 2 to 4 minutes, until warmed.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the cream cheese melt and the sauce thickens.
Serve hot or store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
