Crispy fried dill pickles are an amazing treat for the whole family. This is a Southern type of recipe and if you love pickles, you're in for a treat. If you've never had fried pickles you are going to find yourself addicted.
Beat together the eggs and heavy cream (or almond milk if using).
Mix together the Parmesan, Carbquick and spices in another bowl. See post for Gluten Free optional recipe.
If using pickle spears and they are too thick slice them to desired size. Dip the pickles in the egg mixture and then roll each one in the dry ingredients, pressing it into the mix so that it sticks to the pickles.
Air Fryer Method
Arrange the pickles on your air fryers (oiled) crisping rack, spray with a tiny bit of olive oil and fry @ 400F (204C) for about 10-15 minutes or until browned and crispy.
Oven Method
Arrange the pickles on a baking sheet with an oiled bake-able rack in a pre-heated 400F (204C) oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes flipping halfway through. The outsides should be a crispy golden brown.
Serve the pickles hot with your favorite dip!

This recipe makes four servings. One serving is 1/4 of the recipe.It's a pretty generous serving because we LOVE pickles. This recipe can easily be halved and needs no additional alterations besides splitting the ingredients if you want to make a smaller batch.Use the recipe card "servings" calculator to make changing the batch size easy.
