Instructions
Combine the instant coffee, sweetener, and boiling water in a glass and stir until the instant coffee and sweetener is dissolved. Add the heavy cream if using.
Whip the coffee with the frother until fluffy. It takes about two minutes if you use an electric frother but it isn't necessary.
Pour the almond milk into a 12-oz mug or glass. Scoop the whipped coffee over the almond milk. It looks gorgeous like this.
Snap a photo and give it a stir to combine. Enjoy!
Notes
If you need to make this in the blender, make two servings. Make sure you get Keto Friendly instant coffee. Some of the brands have a lot of carbs. I posted the link to a great brand that has 0 carbs in the recipe.
