Guilt free, thick, pipeable cream cheese frosting for any of your Low Carb Creations. This sugar free take on the the classic cream cheese frosting recipe has been made over and over in our home and I have gotten tons of compliments on it. This recipe is highly customizable to your tastes and any beginning chef can pull off this recipe.
1/4 -1/2cupPowdered Allulose* We used 1/4 cup as we do not like overly sweet frosting. But you can use as much as you like. It has to be powdered. See post.
4tbspHeavy Cream*add one tablespoon at a time until fluffy. See post.
Cream the butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add the sweetener and whip in until smooth. Add in the vanilla continuing to mix. Add in the heavy cream a little at a time until frosting is nice and fluffy.
Let whatever you are going to frost cool completely. Frost and store finished product in the fridge for 4-5 days.
Notes
The nutrition info is based on 12 servings of about 1 oz each. It frosts on double layer cake or 12 cupcakes.
