Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C). Line an 8x8 in pan with parchment paper and grease lightly with olive oil.
Melt the butter and set aside to cool for a couple of minutes.
Add all of the wet ingredients to a mixer and combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the allulose, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and salt.
Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth scraping the sides if needed.
Spread the batter in the prepared baking pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until brownies are just barely set. The top should no longer look wet, but the batter should still be very soft. An inserted toothpick will come out with just a small amount of batter on it. Cool completely before cutting.
Notes
You can add chopped nuts if desired.
