The classic almond, dark chocolate and coconut flavors with a low carb twist is the perfect Keto Candy Treat. It takes about five minutes of active time and stores well.
Set out 10 cupcake liners. They can be mini or regular sized. Or, you can use a parchment lined plate. See post~
Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven in 20 second intervals, stirring each time. DON'T BURN or the chocolate will seize. Just go until it's smooth and melty.
Mix everything but the sea salt for sprinkling together.
Spoon into the liners.
Chill in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
Store in airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 10 days. Freeze for longer storage.
