These keto almond butter cookies are a delicious, easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth while sticking to your low carb diet. Crisp and slightly salty/ sweet cookies will help you kick the carb cravings.
In a large mixing bowl, add almond butter, egg, vanilla extract, coconut flour, allulose, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough with a small cookie scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Then slightly flatten the cookie dough balls with the back of a spoon or use a fork to make a criss cross pattern if you want to make them pretty.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until your almond butter cookies are golden brown. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
