Argentine Chimichurri Sauce
This unique, simple sauce is a big deal! It's great on steak fish, chicken, veggies and salad. It's spicy and savory. Chimichurri is a healthy green sauce that is going to surprise you. This is my version of the fantastic Argentine sauce that's sweeping across the globe in gourmet restaurants.

Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 bunch parsley medium sized bunch
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 Serrano pepper de-seeded for mild sauce seeds intact for spicy sauce.
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½- 1 tsp salt *to your tastes
- ½ teaspoon pepper *to your tastes
optional
- red pepper flakes if you want more heat
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth.
- Serve and refrigerate any leftovers for 3-4 days.
