This crispy side dish is easy, healthy and delicious. You only need four ingredients and it takes less than 20 minutes to make this fantastic low carb side dish.
You’ll need to shred your Brussel Sprouts in a food processor or with a sharp knife first.
Pre-heat the air fryer to 375°F or 190°C.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the shredded sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the shredded and seasoned sprouts to your air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.Take the basket out and lightly shake to toss or toss them with tongs. Put it back in the air fryer for 5 minutes, shake again, then check to see if they need a few more minutes. Once they are browned and crispy they're ready! It took me about 17 minutes in my air fryer but they vary so check often the first time you make them.
Serve hot with desired toppings such as lemon wedges, Parmesan Cheese or Truffle Salt.
