Ingrediant

Ribs & Rub: – black pepper – onion powder – cayenne pepper  – garlic powder – salt – 4 lbs baby back pork ribs

Ingrediant

BBQ Sauce: – 5 cloves garlic – ¾ cup sugar-free ketchup – ½ cup apple cider vinegar – 2 oz whiskey * optional – ¼ cup tomato paste – ¼ cup Allulose – 1 tablespoon orange zest – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon chili powder – ½ tsp. black pepper – ½ tsp. onion powder – ¼ tsp. liquid smoke -optional

Instructions

Mix the rub ingredients together and apply to the ribs.

Grill Preheat

Preheat grill to low heat and place the ribs on the grill.

Rib Cooking

Cover and cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender.

Sauce Combine

For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Sauce Simmer

Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Sauce Brush

Brush the sauce over the ribs and continue grilling for another 10 minutes. Serve.
