Preheat waffle iron while you are mixing the ingredients.
melt butter in microwave
In a small mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Make sure there are no clumps
Add egg, melted butter and cream cheese, use a rubber scraper to mix thoroughly.
pour the mixture in the center of greased waffle iron waffle iron and close. (flip it if you have on of those fancy Belgian waffle irons)
Cook until desired crispness. I usually set a timer for 10 minutes.
Open the waffle iron, remove and enjoy.
Notes
Coconut oil will only take about ten seconds to melt in the microwave. This recipe was made in a Belgian waffle maker. If you have a small regular waffle iron you might need to make two batches.
