It's hard to desrcibe how comforting and satisfying these pork chops are. The creamy sauce combined with tender, juicy pork pork chops will surprise you and you'll definitely make this recipe again. Family friendly, picky kid approved.
Salt and pepper the pork chops and let them sit (covered) at room temp for 30-45 minutes if time allows. If not, continue on.
Make the Bechamel Sauce. The link to the Low Carb Bechamel is in the ingredients section if you need it.
Heat a large frying pan on medium heat and when hot, add oil and wait until it shimmers. Fry chops on each side for 4-5 minute or until they turn a golden color. (Only flip once).
Once fried on each side add ¾ cup Bechamel sauce to the pan and turn heat to low. Sprinkle the oregano over the sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes. The pork chops should be 165°F in the center.
Serve with additional sauce and your choice of sides.
