Low Carb Whipped Cream
vanilla extract
Instructions
Put everything in a blender (excluding garnishes besides alcohol) and blitz on high until fully combined and thickened.
Pour over ice or chill.
If you chill: Whisk to incorporate any ingredients that have separated before serving.

Note: the nutritional info is based on making 4 servings. Adding alcohol will add calories but the additional carbs are negligible.
