It's not a Cheeseburger or a Burrito - it's both. It's one of those quick and easy meals that can be prepped ahead of time and put together when you're ready. This recipe is Keto friendly and will be asked for again and again.
12ozGround Beef* shredded or finely chopped beef works too.
½tspsalt*to taste
½tsppepper*to taste
1tspWorcestershire Sauce
Toppings
4ozSharp Cheddar* or cheese of choice
1ozIceberg Lettuce*divided - about ⅛ head of lettuce shredded.
½cuptomatodiced
8slicessugar free dill pickle*read the label- some brands are sneaky
¼cupgreen onion*or onion of choice - to taste
4tbspmayonnaise* or low carb burger sauce. Recipe linked in the post.
Wrap
4Low Carb Tortillas* Store bought (carb balance or similar) or homemade.
Instructions
Beef Cheeseburger Filling
Brown the beef with spices. Chop the veggies while it's cooking to save time.
Filling
Prepare and chop the fillings that you have chosen.
Put it together-
Heat the tortillas on a skillet or open flame.
Layer the cheese, meat and all other fillings and roll up like a burrito. Don't over fill your tortilla or it will blow out. I usually put all of the ingredients on the table so everyone can make their own Cheeseburger-burrito with the toppings they like.
Serve hot, buffet style so everyone can choose their toppings. Store any leftovers in the "un-assembled" state, refrigerated for 3-4 days.
