*to taste - I used the zest of 1 lime

Use Agar for vegetarian/vegan pops

Instructions
Blend first 5 ingredients and adjust sweetness and flavors to taste.
Dissolve gelatin in 4 tbsp boiling water.
Blend gelatin into mixture until well combined.
Pour into molds.
Freeze for 4-6 hours.
Notes
Taste the mixture before you pour into the pop molds so that you can adjust for YOUR tastes. Do Keto YOUR way.
