Keto Fudgy Brownie Bites Recipe
Dark, rich chocolate bites that land somewhere between brownies and candy. An excellent recipe to curb those chocolate cravings and keep on track with your weight loss goals.

butter

cocoa butter

vanilla extract

Unsweetened Cocoa powder
*If you like dark chocolate you can add another tbsp.

Allulose
or sweetener of choice

heavy cream

cup
peanut butter
natural and no sugar

chopped nuts

Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and cocoa butter together in 30 second intervals. Stir in between intervals.
Whisk in the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract and salt. The mixture should be thin.
Add the cream and whisk briskly until the mixture thickens. It should get thick. It should be the consistency of thick chocolate frosting.
Use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to stir in the peanut butter into the mixture until it is completely combined and resembles dough.
Roll into 16 balls (about 1 inch each) and roll in nuts or see alternatives in the post.
Place in the fridge on parchemnt paper covered plate until firm and enjoy.
Keep in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container. Freeze if you will be keeping them longer.
