full-fat coconut milk
* use heavy cream if you like a thicker "milk" shake.

I love truffle salt

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*To Taste. I like three tablespoons...(dark chocolate option). Use vegan friendly to make vegan.

allulose or sweetener of choice
to taste. I am Keto Adapted and use 2 Tbsp

* to taste

mint leaves
fresh - use 1/4 tsp mint extract (to taste) if you don't have access to fresh mint.
Instructions
Add everything to the blender and blitz. Do not over blend. Taste and add more sweetener or ice if needed.
Pour and enjoy!
