Dip season is in full swing and this Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe is the perfect game day snack! It's easy to make, super cheesy, and loaded with buffalo chicken flavor. 3cupsshredded chickenrotisserie or cooked chicken breast
8ouncescream cheesecut into pieces
1cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
1/3cupBuffalo Sauce
1/2cupRanch salad dressing*Use a good quality dressing like Lighthouse and check the label for added sugar.
2tbspgreen onionsChopped
Garnish
2tbspchopped green onionsor more to taste
1/3cupblue cheese crumbles*optional
Instructions
Melt the cream cheese and mozzarella in a medium sauce pan over low heat.
Stir in the Buffalo sauce, then add the shredded chicken.
Add the ranch dressing and green onions, stirring until incorporated. Heat until the mixture is hot. Place in a warmed serving dish or in a small fondue or appetizer crock-pot.
Top with blue cheese and scallions. Serve with veggies or low carb crackers.
Notes
You can add bleu cheese dressing if you want the dip to be SUPER sharp. We were not fans of the turnout and that's why ranch was added to the recipe.
