Keto Almond Flour Crackers Recipe
Easy Crispy keto almond flour crackers. You can make them in 15 minutes. They are delicious low carb and Keto as-can-be. Less than 1 net carb per cracker.

tbsp
coconut oil
melted
1

egg

cup
Almond flour
½
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat the egg and coconut oil in a medium bowl
Add almond flour with the egg and oil mixture and mix thoroughly
Roll the dough in a ball and place between two pieces of parchment.
Roll to ⅛ inch thickness
Remove top parchment
With a pizza cutter score into squares
Evenly salt the tops of the crackers. You may also like to sprinkle pepper of garlic.
Transfer the parchment with the crackers onto to a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
Remove and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes.
Enjoy. Or you can store them in an airtight container in the frig.
Notes
You can add other spices like oregano or basil to the dough. Or add a little parmesan cheese.
