Ahh, Hot Buttered Rum - Let the weather outside be as frightful as it wants. This will warm you to the core. And, it will do it with no carbs.

Ingredients

water.

butter unsalted
4 tbsp

Allulose
or sweetener of choice.

tsp
ground cinnamon

tsp
ground nutmeg
salt to taste

rum.
Instructions
Put everything but the rum in a medium size saucepan and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in the rum.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and serve hot.

Notes: Almost no carbs.
Add more rum if you would like, but be responsible.
