Ingredients
3tbspbutter
salt and pepper to taste ~ Leave out salt if you dry brined~ see post.
4pork chops boneless
2tbspallulose* or whatever sweetener you like. See post.
Dry brine pork chops for best results. See the post if you havent done this before. It's not necessary if you are in a rush but makes the chops juicy and tender.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add pork chops and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the pork chops and sprinkle,allulose, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple cider vinegar over the top. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops reach desired temp (145 F for medium rare, 160 for medium).
If you like your meat charred you can place them under the broiler for a couple of minutes. Be careful not to dry them out. See post tips for extra juicy pork chops.
Serve with lots of fresh veggies, salad or zoodles.
