This healthy, creamy treat is great on low carb treats or a as a dip for strawberries. It's easy and provides a powerful punch of nutrients to keep you going. Make it as light or dark as you want to curb those chocolate cravings.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir until smooth & melted.
Place the avocados, erythritol, cocoa powder and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Blitz until well mixed. Add the water a tablespoon at a time. Add enough water to make the mixture smooth and spreadable.
Add in the melted chocolate and process until well mixed. The frosting should be smooth and creamy. It is now ready to spread on your cakes or brownies.(It can also be kept in the fridge for moments of weakness).
