This is a delicious and beautiful treat to make for any occasion. This easy recipe and keeps well overnight in the fridge. If you like chocolate covered strawberries but don't want all of the carbs that come with them, than these are a perfect addition to your Low Carb dessert recipe arsenal. Great for date night too!
1/4-1/2Cup Allulose* granulated- to taste. You can use powdered too but it's not necessary.
1/8tspsaltI used truffle salt

Instructions
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry strawberries - see tips in the post.
Decide which toppings you will use i.e.: unsweetened coconut, chopped nuts, etc.
Break chocolate up into pieces and place in a greased microwaveable bowl.Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir. Keep microwaving and stirring in 15 second increments until smooth.
Add the peanut butter, sweetener, salt and butter and mix until all melted together.Stir until the mixture feels smooth and the sweetener is melted into the chocolate. Microwave for another 10-15 seconds if you need to.
Place strawberry on the end of a skewer and dip in chocolate then roll in whatever topping you are using ( coconut, nuts, cinnamon, etc).
Place on parchment paper and repeat until your strawberries are all covered. refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Strawberries come in different sizes. The serving size and nutritional info is for 2 ounces. Sometimes the berries I buy are HUGE and sometimes they are very tiny.My pound of strawberries had 14 small strawberries in the box. That means 3.5 strawberries is a serving size. So, I just ate four lol.It's difficult to measure this recipes EXACT macro-nutrients per berry because of this.
