This is an excellent low carb sauce that will make your meal taste decadent. Be careful, it'll make your mouth water and you'll be thinking about it for days. This sauce is not meant to be smothered on everything (although you are going to want to). Using sugar free preserves will keep your carbs in check.

1.5TbspRed Wine Vinegar Apple Cider Vinegar works too
1.5TbspLime Juice
1small Jalapeno Finely chopped Fresh is best but pickeled will work too.
1/4TspRed Pepper Flakes More to Taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and store in the fridge until you are ready to eat. The longer this sits the better the flavors mingle. Keeps for 2-3 days.
