GARLIC PARMESAN 

GREEN BEANS

– 1 pound fresh green beans frozen will also work – 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil – 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese – 2 cloves garlic minced – Salt and Pepper to taste

STEP 1

Cut ends off fresh green beans or thaw frozen beans.

Step 2

Saute minced garlic in butter or olive oil for 1 minute.

STEP 3

Add green beans, salt and pepper to skillet or WOK.

STEP 4

Saute for 5-6 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally.

STEP 5

Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
