So what is the story of the Moscow Mule? Was it named for some stubborn Russian vodka drinker who found himself in the tropics and wanted something lighter - maybe with an umbrella? I don’t know. And what’s the deal with the copper mugs? I don’t know that either. But what I do know is that these are delicious. And now you can do the Keto lifestyle with real style. I give you The Keto Moscow Mule.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Jigger (1-½ oz) Vodka
  • ½ oz (about ⅓ of a Jigger) Lime Juice
  • ½ Cup Sugar free Zevia Ginger Beer
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker add vodka, lime juice, ginger beer and ice.
    Key lime & Regular Limes
  • Shake lightly. Just enough to mix.

  • Serve in a copper mug. Or if you don’t have a copper mug a highball glass will work.
